Northwind CMS
A headless CMS migration for a publisher with twelve years of articles and a very particular editorial workflow.
The problem
Editors were working around a CMS that no longer matched how the newsroom operated.
Approach
- Modelled the content with the editors, not for them.
- Wrote a repeatable migration that could be re-run until launch day.
- Added draft previews that look exactly like the live site.
Outcome
The newsroom moved over in a single weekend with no lost content.
